Thanks for raising this challenge with our use of words. How you
interpret words has as much to do with your point of view in the
situation, as with your definition on the words. You said:

Your solution is one I've used regularly in proposals and presentations. My
point is we have to be careful which words are used, as some words evoke
negative images in some people.

How would you define teaching, coaching, managing and helping? Are there
other words you'd use in this thread?
