One book on that topic that I really enjoyed was "The Heart
Aroused...Poetry and the Preservation of the Soul in Corporate America" by
David Whyte. Another was "Jesus CEO...Using Ancient Wisdom for Visionary
Leadership" by Laurie Beth Jones.
