Dave B asked about phases to go through to get to a LO.

My sense is to create opportunities of employees to engage in essential
conversations about things that matter. The goal is to begin to build
community. (a la Peck) Shortly after the conversations begin, the
participants should be introduced to "dialogue". Facilitated sessions a
should be the rule initially.

Groups that I work with are in their infancy. Struggling to move through
the stages of 'team/community' development. Essential conversation and
dialogue seems to be facilitating the teams move toward performance and
productivity.

Too early to read fully, but the way they have re-learned to learn
indicates Hope!!!
