Check out the Hallam Campbell Team Development Survey(1-800-627 7271) NCS
Publications, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. I did some research with
it on 36 service teams and found it fairly reliable and valid. IT is the
only survey I know of with a thorough technical manual.

Can you give me more information on the Parker Team
Player styles ? My assumption is that this is a
assessment tool?

My organization is in a team based orgnaization
diffusion effort. We are using Zenger Miller as the
training product for this transiton. My assumption is
also that this assessment tool is in conjunction with a
team start up? I would be interested in evauating the
Parker Team Player Style for my organization.

Thanks,

John Warfield correctly assumes that I emphasize
group faciliation as a driver#004# of improvement.

In the faciliation course I conduct, we use the Parker
Team Player Styles as one basis for heightened
awareness of how people might work together. John's
prototypes contain elements of Glenn Parker's player
styles. Each style has strengths and disadvantages.
By undertsanding that no one is perfect, a facilitator,
team leader or team member can leverage identified
strengths for the best of the team's goal.
