I think one of the basic questions which has to be addressed in a virtual
office is the question of culture. What impact does the fact of little or
no face-to-face interaction have on the development of shared meanings,
values, etc. I don't know the answer but it's a question I've been
thinking about for a long time.
I'd like to hear more about the organization.
