In the reference file on organizational learning I've gathered for myself
I include many different types of things. For example, I've come to the
conclusion that I can't separate organizational learning and
organizational cognition. I dont' think I have anything specific on
ethics but I can try to download you a copy of my list (probably dated by
now) if you want. Maybe you just have to broaden your conception of what
you include in the concept of "organizational learning". Let me know,
