Sorry I misunderstood you - thanks for the more detailed explanation of
the experimentation/learning process.
Don't worry about gaining or losing a loyal customer. I love your
products and cherish a corduroy (spelling?) shirt I've had for about 15
years (not much planned obsolesence there!). I just can't afford to
indulge myself too often (especially when you add in overseas shipping
and handling).
