Hi,
Wanting to identify a broad inventory of tools is a very noble aim.
Unfortunately, even if you did identify and delineate the structure of
those tools, there are very few who would put the time and the effort to
methodically and systematically practice using those tools to achieve
personal mastery.
It is also unfortunate that in your quest to develop new tools, you would
suddenly find yourself fighting against, possibly even getting lynched by,
the very fringe thinkers who adopted the tools that you had previously
given them since your old tools have now become their new reality or
paradigm.
I think the best the people on this list can hope for is to forget about
paradigms and accept the fact that they will always operate within a set
paradigm. They are in a catch-22/double bind if they attempt otherwise.
There's a lot of good that can come out of using the existing set of
tools.
