Mail Slowdown Here LO4091

As of Tuesday 12/6: Due to technical problems at my supplier, World, there
is a delay in the flow of learning-org messages. I'm seeing an additional
24 hour delay in the computer's handling of our messages, plus the normal
delay when then come to me for review. You may notice the lag from the msg
date/time vs. when you receive it.

As of Wed 12/7: Things are back to normal. World installed some new
software on Tuesday, went back to the prev. version on Wed.
