As I read this new mental models are formed taking the place of the old
"job" mental model, or how I mentally abstract my work function. What I
think would be helpful is if we could decide what this model looks like?
The goal would be a shared mental model, the challenge--getting millions
of people who relate to jobs to be receptive to the new metaphor.
