I have been reading this list for a while and I think there is a great
deal of valuable input to LO concept.
I believe that being a learning organization as soon as possible
is very critical to success in today's environment.
Therefore, we need to identify potential problems with
learning organizations in order not to experience failure along the way.
Do you have any problems with your LO? or can you identify any
potential problems with LO?
One problem that I can see is someone who have not experienced
learning for many years and needs to completely change that style
today. What are we going to do with this person in a LO?
I am planning to write my management thesis on learning
organization subject. Problems with learning organizations
can be an opproach to this study- if I can gather some initial
information.
I will appreciate any contribution from the discussin group.
