Continuing the Large Group Processes theme (LO3842)

I would invite you/us to look to/at large group play, as well as large
group work. And for large group play, to look to the New Games model (as
described in The New Games Book (Fluegelman, Doubleday, 76), for a
facilitated event that will energize and focus the community, capturing
its creativity, solidarity, capacity for fun.

The stuff about Referees is especially valuable here in developing a
facilitation model for a collaborative play event. New Games Referees work
in pairs, alternating between "high and low visibility" starting games
wherever they can, moving from group to group, establishing new
alternatives, balancing high with low activity, handing over the leaderhip
of the game to the community of players,
