Hank Heath's model (LO3664) seems to be too textbook guide. The amount of
time people can spend in Step 1 (creating the need to change), can last
forever. In fact, the company may never accomplish this step. On the
other hand, if the company achieves Step 1, then watch out with all those
employees convinced that they need to change! They will promote, demand,
and push for that change. And management better be ready to face this
situation!
