I began to receive messages about learning organizations about a week ago
and I am very interested in some topics; mainly in the way
power-leadership is related to the organizations performance.
Understanding leadership as a two way relationship-system, the person
considered as a leader by the group and the different variables that the
group in itself promote in that relationship. My doctoral thesis is
related to this theme and its consequences -favorable or unfavorable- to
continuous improvement processes(CIP) or TQM.Could anyone help me in order
to get more information about the main factors involving leadership-TQM or
CIP? Which are they according to your experience? How do you measure them?
Are any investigations on this topic going on at the moment? I will
