One problem I see with strategic planning as it is taught and applied for
the most part, it keeps managers thinking only about what the result of
the SWOT analysis allows them to do. They are limited by the results of
this analysis. It is hard for them to see way down the road, because the
traditionalapproach keeps them locked in today's conditions.
