George, in response to repeated prodding on this list (by John Warfield) I
have recently picked up the Handbook of Interactive Management by Warfield
and Cardenas. I have had no personal experience with this approach, but
as you will see in the book itself, it's quite well documented. The
project you describe seems to me to be exactly the kind of project that
lends itself best to the IM technology, and I would strongly suggest that
you look at the book yourself to see whether you think so too.
