Seeking Minnesotans to identify each other on screen .... I'm curious what
type of community exists here and what ways we can support the development
of a learning community here?

I'm cliff smith am a solo consultant working with individual and
organizational development for 8+years on my own. Prior to that i was
inside as a manager in human resources.
