I'm still chuckling as I write this. The consultant in your story belongs
in a Zen monastery -- or perhaps came from one.
It's Socratic dialogue, with the questioner and respondent roles reversed.
And that changes _everything_, doesn't it.
I'm still chuckling. If I were a consultant, that's the kind I'd like to
be.
