GOAL/QPC, a Massachusetts non-profit organization, will hold its 12th
Annual International Conference at the Westin Hotel, Copley Place, in
Boston, Massachusetts, October 30 through November 1, 1995. The theme of
the conference is: Leadership, growth and the rekindled spirit: building
innovation, common purpose, and improvement through people.

Keynote speakers expected include: Robert B. Reich (invited), U.S.
Secretary of Labor, Tom Chappell, co-founder and President of Tom's Of
Maine, Fr. William Cunningham, founder and Executive Director of Project
Focus: HOPE of Detroit MI, Brian Joiner, co-founder and Chairman of Joiner
Associates, Larry Miller, President of Miller/Howard Consulting Group,
Dennis Snow, Professional Development Programs of Disney University, and
Margaret Wheatley, President of The Berkana Institute.

Executive speakers include: Ellen Gaucher, Chief Operating Officer of the
University of Michigan Medical Center, Brian Jones, President of Nypro
Clinton, Sherwin Greenblatt, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bose
