I just wanted to say that your message about a large scale learning
organization was very inspirational. I have a friend who embraces a
similar concept and will be speaking about it at the October OD Conference
being held in Seattle. Her talk is about something she refers to as a
bio-region and how business needs to work with gov't. to create ways to do
business and make healthy profits in a way that supports and sustains the
environment in which they live.
Have you heard about Harrison Owen's open space technology? He using a
very dynamic process for getting people to dialogue about issues that have
meaning for them in a creative way. If you want to know more, I will be
happy to tell you where you can reach him or buy his books.
Anyway, I didn't mean to get off on a tangent, I really wanted to just say
I found yourmessage to be inspirational and how exciting it must be for
you and the people involved with this project to participate and create
change.
