On "evolve or die"
To continue Romay's thought, I tie this idea to that espoused by many deep
thinkers over the millennia. When we "live in the moment", our powers
enable us to contact and connect with growth of the kind you and others
allude to.
Haven't we literally swelled with understanding, pride, conviction, and
(strangely) humility as a result of an internal transformation? I
maintain that such transformations have can enable us to become more
effective human beings. Growth in this way can sustain.
I don't know of many business case studies where this personal growth
power has been successful translated into maintenance of organization size
and product/service output (quantity). We're speaking about a change in
quality, though, aren't we?
