There have been a number of posting regarding a training program
for sales personnel. At the University of Nebraska at Omaha College
of Continuing Studies we also felt there was a market and need for a
comprehensive program for sales persons and sales managers. Working
with our college of sales and marketing, and Vital Learning (an
international known but Omaha based training firm), we will be
offering a Certificate in Sales and a Certificate in Sales Management
this fall.
The components for the Certificate in Sales include:

* Customer Oriented Selling (24 hours)
* Telephone Prospecting and Qualifying (8 hours)
* Using the Telephone for Making the Sale (20 hours)

In addition, to receive a Certificate in Sales Management, two
additional courses are required:

* Managing Sales Productivity (16 hours)
* Coaching for Results (8 hours)

the course descriptions etc. to whomever would like them.
