Greetings. My name is Martha White and I am Co-President, along with my
partner, Gary Sycalik, of The Institute for Business and Social
Architecture International, Ltd.

IBSAIL is an organization dedicated to the creation and implementation of
creative, collaborative environments and learning cultures through the
study and application of natural systems.

Additionally, IBSAIL is involved in the design and implementation of
Strategic Gaming for clients, which is an outgrowth of seminar war games.
(War games are utilized by the military and the Department of Defense to
creatively explore issues of national safety and security.) These Games
are executive-level interactive simulations that engage and explore
specific issues affecting the client organization or industry.

We at IBSAIL are interested in sharing information, identifying potential
clients and in creating virtual partnerships with companies and
individuals with whom we can work in a mutually beneficial strategic
alliance.

Too, we are interested in creating an associative network of individuals
and organizations which are aware of the importance of these subject areas
and who are "ahead of the wagons" with respect to typical thinking and
behavior.

The following describes some activities. We are currently scheduled to
present a paper on "The Architecture of Transition and Synthesis" at an
"Einstein Meets Magritte" conference hosted by the theoretical physics
department of the University of Brussels, Belgium, in early June. This
conference is an interdisciplinary reflection on science, nature, human
action and society. We present "Using Chaos to Avoid Crisis" at the World
Future Society's conference entitled "Future Probe: Imagining
Possibilities and Creating Opportunities" in Atlanta, Georgia, in July.
Then we present material at a conference on "Creativity in Business" in
Johannesburg, South Africa, in September.

I am including, should anyone be interested, a reading list, our
definition of Business and Social Architecture and a quote from our
friend, Albert.

Best regards,
Martha G. White

QUOTE
"Great ideas come into the world as quietly as doves. Perhaps, then, if
we listen attentively, we shall hear, among the uproar of empires and
nations, a faint fluttering of wings, the gentle stirrings of life and
hope."
Albert Einstein
