This is in refernce to the idea of defining the Learning Organization as a
"product" - using a team to define and take the "product" to the
organization.

It seems that the learning organization is more of a continuous process
than product. To define the process, we (a joint collaboration between a
community college and corporation) used a team to create a model of
learning for the organization. The model not only guides the learning
(theory, practice, tools), but also provides a mechanism for capturing and
sharing the learning with others. Our learning process (for
implementation and beyond) is guided by the model. As we have used the
model, it seems that we are in a continual mode of defining what the
learning organization means, and we're okay with that.
