Thanks very much to this group, learning-org, for its
wonderful contributions to this discussion. Here is the
second of four questions. Again, to remind you, answers
posted become part of HEPROC-L and CQI-L archives,
located on http://www.digimark.net/educ, as well as
part of learning-org archives. -Carl <Reimann@digex.net>

2. Question two covers the relations within the higher ed
institution. To become a LO requires functioning well as an
integrated system. Where are higher education's biggest
weaknesses with this? Greatest strengths? Can you share
hypothetical or concrete examples of subsystems within higher ed
institutions promoting each others' success or working against
that success?

One specific relationship to discuss in this vein is that
between student and academic affairs. Can you suggest areas for
improvement within the ways that academic and student affairs
share information with each other? What might a LO partnership
between the two look like?
