I agree completely. I consider even identifying people as
resistors as a very serious move - one taken only after the
person's behavior is obvious to much of the community. I
have watched too many people get labeled and hurt. I think
this is one of the toughest parts about consulting, and have
learned about the consequences through 1) making the mistake
of labelling people without understanding their reasons and
2) being labeled a resistor myself and getting the
consequences.

My message was not a call to wield an axe, only an attempt
to create an inquiry about a "field problem" from my
perspective.
