Hi Brad....there are lots of folks espousing the lingo, as it were....what
you might want to do is start a learning organization or systems thinking
dialogue group at your organization. You could start by using the Fifth
Discipline as the kindling for presenting messages about the causes and
results of linear thinking and systems thinking. I know of some people in
Madison (Wisconsin) and other places that are very sophisticated about
this stuff and could help you. I would suggest, however, that you start
on your own and try to build an environment of interest....If you'd like
