My name is Lori Schmall. I am new to the network. I work on the
Organizational Development Team at Salomon Brothers in Tampa, Fla. Most of my
time is spent with various teams and Coaches helping them achieve the highest
level of performance. Our firm reengineered its operations to a team based
structure and relocated from Wall Street 3+ years ago. I am interested in
suggestions/thoughts/ideas/successes in working with teams (particularly in a
