An interesting, yet very typical scenario that is identified by a LTG
archetype. It might be prudent for someone (perhaps you) to determine
how much alignment there is in your organization regarding where it is
going. This alignment (or lack of) will be necessary for the organizati
to be able to go anywhere.
All the reading is marvelous, but unless everyone is reading toward the
same direction, the outcome will be more entropy. Go for it!
