Jim Kinneer writes about the topic of team learning and noted that Senge's
"Fifth Discipline" was given as a reference point.

I strongly recommend that you acquire "The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook" which
provides strategies and tools for building a learning organization. There
are many "how tos" in the book including team learning. One of the caveats
that Senge, et al discuss, however, is that all disciplines need to be
studied.

The Fieldbook was published in July, 1994 by Doubleday/Currency and is
available from The Resources Connection, Inc., 1-800-295-0957 or probably
could be ordered from your local book store.

Best wishes for success and remember, the process for creating a learning
organization is a long-term process. Please be patient, preseverant and don't
lose sight of the vision.

Art Kleiner, a frequent participant on this learning-org list, is one of
the principal authors of the Fifth Discipline Fieldbook. I, and several
of my colleagues at Innovation Associates contributed sections to the book.

Thanks, Joyce, for the recommendation for the book!
