Creating a Company Vision

I hope someone on this list can help guide me in finding resources for
conducting sessions for corporate executives on creating a company vision. I
am looking for materials or existing programs that I can use as benchmarks.
Also, any information on how you have used these materials in an executive
seminar would be helpful.
