IMHO, learning organizations are about converting standard resources into
unique capabilities ("core competencies" to use Prahalads term). I.e., that
those resources are used/employed/converted in a way, that gives the
company a competitive advantage through uniqueness, since the specific
learning processes cannot be copied by others.
