I just subscribed to the list.
By day I am a food service supervisor at a hospital, by night I am a graduate
student in the Adult Education program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
My goal is to work in the area of TRD/HRD -
I am very interested in learning more about learning organizations. I am
reading Fifth Discipline right now ---- I am done with grad school in a week -
so I will actually have more time to read -- for the sake of learning.
The hospital where I work is in the early stages of CQI/TQM. I am doing
some work with team building -- It has been fun and I enjoy getting to cross
departmental lines.
I would be particularly interested in hearing from folks that work at
hospitals. I am interested in hearing about learning organizations in
practice.
