I would like Deb to elaborate as to why she thinks her approaches
fell short of her goals. I have seen NLP work wonders in creating
group synergy and releasing energy/removing inhibitions but the
effects do not survive beyond the workshop. (This was Julio Ollalla
of the Neufield Group.) My interest in Neuro-Associative Conditioning
stems from the observation that it works better than NLP (in that it
is a superset) but appears to be aimed at the individual and also
reinforces that learning (as in changing) cannot be continuous but
at best is a succession of change steps...
