December is duck month. long cove exquisite cove wigeons, gadwalls, hooded mergansers, black ducks perfect weather a tug pulling a barge out of the harbor in the mist and the sunset colors listening to live broadcast of The Messiah on the radio in the car Haffenreffer Museum in the dark woods at night instead of the Bristol tree lighting turn left at King Phillip Motors on Metacom Ave whatever became of Metacom/Phillip's jawbone anyway? |
