This photo shows the windshield, lexan roof and
rear portions of the fuselage.
The total cabin assembly lends a certain
monocoque stiffness as it goes together. You'll
be surprised at how rigid the entire cabin is,
once it's all screwed together.

Here's a right side shot of the fastback.
This piece isn't too difficult to install. But,
you'll probably want an assistant available to
help you pull and tug it into place.

Here's a closer shot of the fuselage and
fastback. This shot was taken just before
mounting the door frame zippers.
This shot also shows the access panels for the
soft storage area. This is one area that
FlightStar needs to do some work on. The
"pop-it" fasteners they recommend don't work
well. I've lost both of my doors in flight
(thank goodness for tractor propellors). At
$65.00 a piece to replace the doors, I'm going
to come up with a better method.
More on this later.

Here's the completed fuselage, including the
"Zipper" panels for the doors.
That glossy object you see in the background is
my other SUV --- a 2001 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28
Six Speed. Believe me, it's very nice.

Back to the garage for a photo of my assistant,
"The Lovely Joanne".
We've just lifted the Rotax and Prop into
position.
