SABR chapters in New England

This includes two neighbors because they are easy to reach from southwest and northwest New England. One might say we have six neighbors: Quebec (Montreal), Central New York (Utica and Cooperstown), New Jersey (north), New York City, Long Island, and the United Kingdom (London). This region is well populated; the next chapters are based in Toronto, Cleveland, and Philadelphia and that spacing is typical across the continent.
