AUTOMOBILE From points west: Take Mass Turnpike [I-90] East. Take Cambridge/Allston exit. After paying toll, follow Cambridge sign. Go straight across Charles River and turn left on Memorial Drive. Go through 3 traffic lights. Turn right on Hawthorne Street [first available right turn after the 3rd light]. Go one block to light. Turn left on Mt. Auburn Street. Take the first right on Williard Street. Go to the end of Willard Street, turn right on Brattle Street, then take first right into Longfellow Park. Meeting House is first driveway on right. From points north: take Interstate 93 south to exit 26 [Storrow Drive] and follow signs for Storrow Drive. Continue on Storrow Drive [west] about 4.5 miles. Take Harvard Square exit ramp and immediately turn right across Charles River. Turn left on Memorial Drive. Turn right on Hawthorne Street [first available right turn]. Follow directions above. From points south: take Interstate 93 north [Southeast Expressway]. Take Mass Turnpike [I-90] Extension. Take Cambridge/Allston exit. Follow directions above. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Friends Meeting Cambridge is located just outside Harvard Square at Longfellow Park, off of Brattle Street. Harvard Square is served by the Red Line and several bus routes. Take the Red Line to Harvard Square and exit to Church Street. When you come out of the electronic "Charlie" doors, turn right and ascend steps. You will be at the intersection of Church St. and Mass. Ave. Walk along Church St [church on right, Loew's theater on left] to the end of the street. Turn right onto Brattle St. and walk ~300 yards to intersection of Brattle and Mason Streets. [Kronkite Center on left, Episcopal Divinity School on right]. Cross intersection and continue walking ~200 yards to Longfellow House on right. Turn left and cross Brattle to Longfellow Park. Walk down right side of Longfellow Park to # 5. Turn right into driveway and enter Friends House on the left.
