Replying to LO12901 --

I love this topic of effective use of technology. I love to send and
receive email and I have since the first day I discovered it.

However, it has been my experience that only about half the workers who
have email capability use more than a fraction of its capability. The
rest do not understand simple questions, they do not respond to deadlines,
they take offense at innoffensive remarks, they continually misdirect
messages, they will obey no protocols, and they scorn those who do employ
the system. This does not seem to be a matter of training or opportunity,
it just appears that some people love the media and some do not.
