I am convinced that the issue of 'control' at least control of myself is
key with regard to change.
There have been a number of different threads over the past few weeks that
raise this point, sometimes explicitly other times implicitly.
I don't have any pat answers to how we help people take more control for
themselves with regard to change and find many messages in this list help
to move me forwards.
