This reminds me of something I heard while attending Seminary. Clergy are
a lot like manure. You gather them together and they stink but if you
spread them out they can do some good.
An organization full of consultants sound hellish. I have heard teams of
consultants can fight like cats and dogs But an organization full of
humble learners, now that sounds exciting to me.
