Benjamin B. Compton's sharing has inspired the following from me, he wrote
"

>To feel the type of love the inspires tenderness has opened me up to
>feel pain more poignantly. It is in this paradox that I believe we find
>happiness.

>I used to think that if I could get rid of the "pain" that is incidental
>to life, that I could learn to live a "happy" life. What a misguided
>notion.

Pain, unsafe feeling, hurt ... are an integral part of the LEARNING
process.

If I may categorise two type of Learning :

1) Safe Learning and 2) Vision Learning

1) Safe Learning :
- Safe learning teaches me that I should turn a blind eye to
robbery right in front of me in a city, less I get into
trouble also
- Safe learning teaches me that I should ignore an injustice
in school, less my children may get expelled by school
management
- Safe learning teaches me that I keep quite about product
defects in the production line, less the supervisory
management get angry.
- Safe leanring teaches me that I continue with my 'decent'
life and be oblivious to environmental problems, poverty
etc. less I am branded as busy body.
- Safe Learning could have taught Martin Luther King to speak
no more and forget his DREAM, Gandhi to wear his lawyer's
leather shoes and not be bare foot, Jesus Christ to remain
a carpenter like his father......

2) Vision Learning
- Vision Learning teaches me to keep learning new skills, new
technique, to acquire more insights knowledge in order for me
to be effective person to contribute something good to this
world : starting from entity like family, organisation,
institution, governemnt ... whichever may be our sphere of
influence
- Vision Learning teaches me to be creative and innovative to
show a Direction to even so called evil, tyranical people
(boss, superior, management, governement, foreign country
etc.) so that win-win game can be designed and played by all.
- Vision Learning teaches me that there must be a new Learning,
a new Way to move towards a Quality Society, through entities
or organisation that we are a part.

What then is this Vision Learning Process?
