Probably the best source in the literature on scenario planning is a very
recent book by Kees van der Heijden. Its title is Scenarios and the art of
strategic conversation. It is been published by John Wiley & Sons. It
explains in both a practical as a theoretical way the use of scenarios and
its added value in the strategic planning process. Having read many
articles and books on this particular subject, I highly recommend this
book.
