If you want to learn about fear, whatever it is that you fear doing, then
that is the very next thing you need to do. Fear is not a wall, it is an
emotion. Walk through the fear. Keep taking step after step toward the
thing you want. It may become quite uncomfortable but then, suddenly, it
will become less. Consider the following quote from Erica Jong: "Everyone
has talent. What is rare is the courage to follow the talent to the dark
place where it leads."
