Interesting. The relationship seems most certainly not simply aditive.
And I am always thinking of ways to illustrate common themes in business
and behavior.
And the image above does remind me of three of the illustrations we DO
use.
One is the Crab Bucket Syndrome, where we have one crab climbing out and
the others reaching to drag him (or her) back down. Somewhat typical
organizational or group behavior, one might add.
Another is Training, where we show the team "bulking up" with weights only
to be put back in front of the same Square Wheel'd wagon. Incremental
improvement at best, same old stuff more typically.
And the last is the Christopher Columbus Trophy, with the inscription:
"To those who venture out not knowing where they are going, only to return
not knowing where they have been.
(Then there is the large bronze cow on the marble base (with Square
Wheels. One might guess what this stands for...
