My name is Duru, and I have been following the discussion off and on for a
while. I wanted to finally introduce myself to the list. I am a PhD
student at Stanford University in Engineering-Economic Systems and
Operations Research. My research interest is in Learning *Manufacturing*
Organizations. I am particularly looking at ways in which a learning
manufacturing system might be modelled mathematically. These models could
be used for scheduling, planning, and/or production purposes.
