June, 1997 Theme - Training. Yes, but what kind, how much, for who and who
will do it? (solicited and unsolicited articles)

We are looking for successful assessment instruments and models,
participatory assessment cases, examples of innovative just-in-time
training, solving the you want us trained in X, but we need and want
training in Y problem. Were also looking for: cases of successful
integration of remedial training with training in quality and
participation skills, and training for using the systems perspective at
work, in the community and at home.

September, 1997 Theme - The bottom line for involving unions in quality
and participation (solicited and unsolicited articles) The bottom line
here includes financial payoffs as well as improvements in quality of
worklife, job security and improved internal and external communications.
We are looking for articles, research and case studies from all sectors
and functional areas. We are especially interested in articles on applying
quality and participation to the management of unions.
