Haurin asked tthe question? : "What are you experiences with team's
addressing interpersonal issues and how would you facilitate a
learning experience for a team so they will begin to lose their fear
of addressing these delicate issues in the future?"
My experiences, as a facilitator involve changing the process, my
asking team members to suspend their believes through using a
different approach for tackling a problem situation. For example,
introducing DeBono's thinking hats or using SCAMPER. By addressing
the the probem with a different tool, team members start to think in
a different manner - that is my experience.
