Very valid point made concer;ning increased conceptualization as we ascend
the rungs of the corporate ladder. Ironically, for me at some basic level
the learning organization means an elimination of the 'corporate ladder'
and an infection of every single worker with the job-related capacity to
continually conceptualize and actualize beyond the dated 'hard-fast rules'
that we seem to be unable to eliminate.
