To me it's one of the "laws of nature" that all balanced "things" are
fine, well done. This balancing may also be happen over a longer period of
time, in cycles. Some obvious examples: be awake/sleep, life/death,
encreasing/decreasing of populations of any animals,... Isn't
organizational learning a concept (or however you call it) which follows
such a "natural path"?
